Honest Hire processes account, candidate profile, employer, job, application and recruitment communication data to operate the recruitment platform.

Access and sharing

Candidate information is restricted by role and recruitment purpose. Employers receive only the candidate information permitted for their company recruitment workflow. Operational access is controlled through the Honest Hire API.

Retention and deletion

Personal information is retained only under the approved Honest Hire retention schedule and applicable legal or operational requirements. Specific retention periods and deletion/anonymization service levels must be approved before public launch and will be published here when finalized.

Security

Authentication, authorization, audit records and controlled service access are used to protect recruitment information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
